OSX Lion Remove duplicates in “open with”

Type these commands into a terminal, worked for me under Lion 10.7.2:


$ cd /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support
$ ./lsregister -kill -domain local -domain system -domain user
